Pastors John and LaNell Miller have been pastors for their entire adult lives. They have a heart to see people not only loving God with all their heart, but fulfilling the great commission and using their gifts to advance the Kingdom of God. Pastor John is a graduate of Fuller Seminary and LaNell is a graduate of SJSU. They have been pastors at COTR since 1990. They have three children, John Henry, Bethany & Rebekah.
Pastor Mike and Sharon Ulmer came to COTR in 1989 where they served as youth pastors for 16 years and are now serving as senior associate pastor. They have a heart for the lost and love to see people saved, healed, delivered and set free. Pastor Mike is a graduate of Doane College and played 8 years of professional football. They have 4 children, Amanda, Jessica, Michael and Mariah.

Pastor Joe Dawson has been in full time ministry since 1996 and he and his wife, Autumn, have ministered at COTR since 2003. They have a heart for the 20’s/college, to see them living for God and reaching their generation. Pastor Joe is currently taking courses from Trinity Theological Seminary. They have two daughters, Malachi and Judah.
Pastor Nick has been in worship ministry since 1998 and has been at COTR since 2005. He has a heart to see the body of Christ enter into a deep place of worship with their Creator. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University and is currently pursuing his masters at SAU in Magnolia, AR. He and his wife, Delinah, have 2 children, Kaitlyn and Riley.
Pastor Travis began his ministry at COTR in 2006. He and his wife, Whitney, have a passion for the youth of this generation. Their heart is to see young people: Love God, Serve God, and Deeply Impact their friends, school, families, and culture for Jesus! Pastor Travis graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration.
