Resolving Conflict and Offenses

The Biblical pattern to resolve our differences is Matthew 18:15-17. We first talk in private to the one who offended us. If it is unresolved, we include 1 - 2 other witnesses or leaders. If you are still unable to come to a resolution, the involved parties seek help through the elders. 1 Corinthians 6:1-7 rebukes Christians from suing one another in secular courts.Therefore we believe significant unresolved offenses should be settled through binding Christian arbitration and mediation.
