become committed followers of Jesus Christ.
2. Build a dynamic local church in Texarkana, USA with 2,000 active members.
3. Network with apostolic church leaders in 24 nations of the world who are
reaching their country for Jesus.
4. Train 1,000 leaders to build the Kingdom of God. These leaders will serve
at Church on the Rock, Texarkana, and around the world.
5. Train, ordain and send out 100 full time ministers of the Gospel who become
pastors, prophets, apostles, evangelists, missionaries, teachers and leaders in
the market place.
